Canyon presents the new Grizl AL, a fully revamped aluminum gravel bike designed for adventure, commuting, and bikepacking. The brand has refined the frame to make it lighter, more durable, and more versatile, while maintaining a simple and reliable proposition for those looking for one bike for everything.
Among its main new features are a 120 g lighter aluminum frame than the previous generation, more mounting points for racks, bags, bottles, and accessories, and a very wide tire clearance that allows tires up to 54 mm. It also incorporates an aluminum handlebar with 16° of flare, external cable routing to make maintenance easier, a 27.2 mm round seatpost, and a threaded T47 bottom bracket.
The range arrives with three builds and very competitive prices, starting at €1,299.
- Grizl 5: group Shimano CUES 1x, hydraulic disc brakes, and a carbon seatpost. Price: €1,299.
- Grizl 6: SRAM Apex 1x12 Double Tap drivetrain and Schwalbe G-One RX tubeless-ready tires. Price: €1,799.
- Grizl 7 ESC: a build more oriented toward adventure, with Full Mountycockpit, VCLS 2.0seatpost, Shimano GRX RX610 derailleur, and 10-51 cassette. Price: €1,999.
