Canyon has introduced the third generation of the Grail, a gravel bike focused on competition and fast riding on all kinds of terrain. The brand describes it as its fastest and most complete model for off-road racing, with improvements designed to gain speed without losing control or real-world usability.
Among its main new features is a tire clearance of up to 57 mm, aerodynamics developed to perform at race speed, and a more stable geometry for moving confidently over rough sections. It also comes with a lower position than the previous generation, cockpit adjustment options on the CFR and CF SLX models, integrated storage space in the down tube, and compatibility with accessories and fenders on several versions.
The range is divided into three platforms: Grail CFR, Grail CF SLX and Grail CF. At the top are the Grail CFR AXS and Grail CFR Di2versions, both with DT Swiss GRC 1100 50 mm wheels. In addition, Canyon offers the MyCanyon program to customize the Grail CFR in European markets, with options for additional paint schemes, Zipp 303 XPLR SW and Scope Artech 4Gwheels, as well as changes to the stem, handlebar, saddle, crank length and chainring.
In the Grail CF SLXrange, the Grail CF SLX 8 AXS is fitted with a complete SRAM Force XPLR AXS groupset and DT Swiss GRC 1400wheels, while the Grail CF SLX 7 Di2 equips Canyon GR 50 CF carbon wheels and a Shimano GRX Di2 700 series groupset. In the Grail CFfamily, the Grail CF 7 AXS comes with an electronic SRAM Rival XPLR AXS derailleur and Canyon GR 50 CFwheels, and the Grail CF 7 incorporates a mechanical Shimano GRX 600 drivetrain and Newmen Advanced G.34carbon wheels. The new range is now available in several colors and sizes from 2XS to 2XL.
